WHAT WE DO
HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSEMBLIES
MJ Hydraulic is a stocking distributor of the Gates connected range of hydraulic hose and hose ends. We carry a large quantity of hydraulic hose types with rated pressures up to 6000 PSI from 1/4″ through 2″ diameter along with 700 Bar rated hoses for high pressure jacking equipment. All of our staff have completed a nationally accredited high pressure hose assembly course recognised by the International Fluid Power Society of Australia and all of our products are compliant with MDG41.
FIELD SERVICE
Our fully equipped field service vehicles are available to carryout system trouble shooting, fault diagnosis, mobile repairs, servicing and installation of your hydraulic systems. Our service technicians have extensive experience in testing and diagnosing a vast array of mobile and fixed plant.
POWER UNIT DESIGN
MJ Hydraulic has extensive experience and designing and manufacturing hydraulic power units for industries ranging from mining, transport, materials handling and agricultural. All power units are specifically designed for the desired application using components suitable for the application at hand with particular attention given to the conditions in which the unit will be working.
WORKSHOP REPAIRS
MJ Hydraulic have a fully equipped workshop located centrally on the north side of Brisbane to handle all repairs to hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders and valves up 700 Bar working pressure. Our experienced service technicians can assist you with complete overhaul and repair of all of your hydraulic components, not only repairing the component but looking for the root cause of any failure.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER REPAIRS
MJ Hydraulic in Clontarf, has a fully equipped workshop to handle all hydraulic cylinder repairs. Our experienced Hydraulic technicians will completely overhaul and repair your hydraulic Actuators, not only resealing and repairing the component that failed but looking for the root cause of any failure.
DRIFTER REPAIR AND OVERHAUL
MJ Hydraulic has vast experience in carrying out repairs to Tamrock/Sandvik Drifters and Rock drills. With experience repairing HL500, HL510, HLX5D, HLX5T, HL600, HL1000 and HL1010 Drifters we can help you maintain maximum up time of your drill while minimising the repair and down time costs associated with the regular overhauls required for these units.
