Features
All COF cylinders are supplied with a smooth drilled head and have a through hole and thread on the body, in the rod, and in the base to facilitate the fixing or insertion of appropriate accessories. A safety valve connected to the return chamber prevents overpressure. The end-of-stroke ring nut is complete with a scraper, which prevents impurities from entering the cylinder. The protective treatment adopted in these cylinders is particularly suitable for protecting the central hole from external aggressive agents.
Operational Areas
The through hole makes the cylinders particularly suitable for tensioning operations of tensile structures and the assembly and extraction of pulleys, bushings, and heat exchanger tubes. They can be used both in push and traction by inserting a bar or a rope appropriately constrained to the head.

- ZTE Threaded head allows the fastening of threaded rods.
Standard
- Smooth perforated head avoids the risk of stem deformation.
